AND YOU MOVE, 2014
Two LED displays show looping texts that move in opposite scrolling directions. In the bottom display, a narrative text describes in second person the movements of someone moving from room to room in a house. The accompanying top screen utters a sequence of onomatopoeic words
The text in the bottom screen reads:
“(…) AND YOU SIT ON THE CHAIR AND YOU GO TO THE KITCHEN AND YOU COME BACK TO THE CHAIR AND YOU STAND UP AND YOU MOVE TO THE LIVING ROOM AND YOU WALK TO THE BEDROOM AND YOU SIT ON THE CHAIR AND YOU GO TO THE KITCHEN AND YOU COME BACK TO THE CHAIR (…)(loops)”
The text in the top screen reads:
“(…) PSSSSSST PSSSSSST PSSSSSST TIC TOC TIC TOC TAC TOC TIC THHHHHHHMP EEEEEEEEE BEEP BEEP BEEP THHHMMMMMMMMP PPPSSSSSSST (…)(loops)”
